Even though these are disposable, they are washable and reusable first up to 50+ times with normal laundering.

comfortable and holds the pad well

Only washed a half a dozen times so far, so can't vouch for durability. Holds the pad tight but not too tight. I weigh 180# with 38" waist. Bought both S/M and L; both fit although L fits just a little better. Using with Abena Abri-San #7 and #11 pads.
