Leakage security is enhanced because the core is wider, allowing fluid to disperse away from the body into the material. This keeps you dry and comfortable. 

The leg opening has been redesigned to improve fit in the back.

Cottony cloth-like material and a soft waistband can be easily pulled on and off like your real underwear, providing you with maximum discretion and dignity.

TENA men's super plus protective underwear

Tried your briefs sometime ago from a friend, so I knew I'd be very satisfied. Wish you could come out with a brief type item that's washable, at least for #1 problems.
