Brief Not for Me

I am heavy and had trouble positioning the brief through my legs and therefore could not get it closed properly or have a comfortable fit. I also have limitation of motion so that may be part of the problem. I guess the briefs are for thinner/more agile people.

Customer service was EXCELLENT...so personable, so sympathetic and so willing to please. My father’s nurses csnnot use pull ups, they must use diapers. They have assured me that was delivered were pull up briefs. I ordered diapers. So frustrated but rather than to return, I have asked nurses to donate them. Will just have to buy products, as needed, from a local medical supplier.
