The sat did that helped me order was amazing and tentative to our needs. The supplies were sent and received fast and in a timely manner. When I received my supplies and tried them they were not correct in what the description was . So when I called staff and told them what was going on she took it upon herself to call the company and let them know their description was not correct and what would be appropriate for our needs. Well to say I just received not one bag but two bags of the supplies they suggested and we are trying today!!
Their staff member went above and beyond her duties for me and my mom as I’m her caregiver.

Initially I was going to simply give a five star based on what I gave the last time I ordered this product. I'm glad I waited. After using half of the order I noticed several times the fastening tabs were defective. They came off. It has nothing to do with the size. It simply should not have happened. When my husband was at therapy his protection dislodge and he had to be helped to put on a pull-up that was in his bag. This was disappointing because that's when I need him to have lasting reliable protection. Other times they worked perfectly. The absorbency never failed. I'm hoping the remaining supply is more hit than miss. Even with this situation it remains a quality product that deserves a good review. If the second box has the same issue, I will contact customer service.

Shipping was great after our order. Very satisfied with product.
