The JAY® Basic Cushion is a soft, mildly contoured foam cushion designed to provide stability and comfort for the person with a flexible posture at low risk for skin breakdown.

Its durable molded foam provides mild contouring for increased sitting tolerance and postural stability as well as encourages orthopedic alignment.

Jay® Basic Cushion is designed for clients at low risk of skin breakdown.

Beveled to fit between the seat rails on wheelchairs with seat upholstery, while providing a level support surface.

Provides mild lateral stability as well as mild forward or rearward stability.

Provides level base of support and reduces sliding and shearing.

Comes with black incontinence resistant cover.
