My mother seems to like the product. My customer service with this order is another story.

This is my mother's product of choice but I will be finding a new vendor.. The website didn't show my purchases then processed several cases instead of what I wanted. I tried to get the extras orders stopped and the rep was a tad rude about it. I am a widow trying to help take care of my mother and I had to pay almost $300.00 for product when I only intended to spend around $130.00. That is difficult on a single income. So I give the product 4 stars and my customer service zero stars.
