Refund Policy

Returns Procedure:

Returns are accepted for full credit within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase with exceptions. All Nova Medical Products have a 25% restocking fee on returned products. This is determined by the manufacturer and not FInnegan Medical Supply. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Because medical supplies are constantly updated, discontinued, and/or changing, A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns over 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.  This fee will be taken out of the refund.  The price of the original shipping will not be refunded unless the error was our fault.  Merchandise returns are not accepted after 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.  We apologize for our strict return policy but due to sanitation issues and medical product expirations, we must stick to them.

To make a return, you must call our Customer Support Department at 1-855-879-2366 for a return authorization.  A Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an Authorized Number or an expired Authorization Number will be accepted but credit will be delayed up to 2 weeks. Returned merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.  If a package ordered is refused by the recipient, a restocking fee of $4.00 will be held out of the refund plus the cost of shipping.  If shipping was not initially charged, but the package refused, $8.00 plus the $4.00 fee will be charged.  

Due to the costly expense of returns and pickups, Finnegan Medical Supply will attempt pick up one (1) time at no charge to you if the mistake is on our part.  If you refuse the call tag, refuse pick up of the package, or do not have the package available for pick up, we will not be able to attempt return service again.  It will be up to you to return the package yourself at your own charge.

Return Conditions:

Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked affixed with stickers or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.  All returns must be in sealed packages, in salable condition, or unused.  Certain products can not be returned for sanitation purposes like bath safety.  Finnegan Medical Supply has the right to refuse a return of anything without explanation.  This is for the safety of our current and future customers.

Special orders, sterile items, items shipped from the manufacturer, and products that are made unsalable once opened are not returnable.  If you return merchandise to us that is unsalable, we will not be able to refund your purchase at all.  Please contact our customer service before buying to determine if an item is returnable.

Please report any product shortage within 48 hours from receipt of the order so we can quickly correct the mistake. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy.

Shipping Regulations:

Please note, as we ship by UPS, we are under their regulations and shipping procedures.  Orders can be made 7 days a week, 365 days a year, but we are only able to ship, per UPS, on Mondays through Fridays that are not the major holidays of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.  If you have questions about when we are able to ship, please contact our customer service.

Per UPS security regulations, if you enter the wrong address into your order, we will ship to that address.  If the address is wrong, the package will be returned by UPS, no exceptions.  The cost of the restocking fee and shipping fee will be taken from the refund.  If no shipping was paid, then a shipping fee of $8.00 will be removed, with the restocking fee, from the refund.  National security and UPS regulations do not permit us to make any changes to an address once the order has been shipped.  If you have entered an address incorrectly, you must call Toll Free 1-855-879-2366 or email orders@finneganmedicalsupply.com immediately to alert us to the mistake.  If the order has not been placed, we can change the address.

We are currently able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, and the Continental USA.  We currently can not ship outside of the United States.
